Wanna know what I’ve been up to?
Well, I’ve been super duper busy writing about relationships. There is my book project for my MFA program. ( I LOVE this program, my fabulous mentor and my MFA sisters.) Then, there’s the cover story I wrote for the current print edition of YouAreUNLTD about revitalizing relationships in mid-life. I interviewed some pretty interesting people for this story including Dr. Sue Johnson. Read it here!
Then, I was offered a regular “Sex and Relationships” column for YouAreUNLTD which launched last week. Well, let me tell you, my husband was beyond excited about being married to a regular sex and relationships columnist. “Will we be having sex on a regular basis?” he asked (always the optimist).
“No, silly,” I said. “It’s the column that will be regular.”
What was he thinking?
Always the supportive spouse, he then offered suggestions for upcoming columns, in the spirit of “write what you know.”
“How about one on ‘making celibacy work for you’ or ‘the unexplored frontiers of abstinence’?” he suggested.
Funny guy.
Here is my first column…
Sex & Relationships: Q&A with Damiva CEO Chia Chia Sun
“Enough beating around the bush. Let’s talk about your vagina.” This is the call to action for Damiva, a Canadian women’s health company that develops 100 percent natural products for menopausal health. I stopped beating around the bush and asked its CEO Chia Chia Sun about the results of her company’s recent survey of 2,500 women over the age of 45.

Thank you Eden! I’m inspired by many people in this writing journey. As you know, you are one of my biggest inspirations! No one writes about sex, the way YOU write about sex! xo
