Sue is a busy freelance writer. She also writes for The Good Men Project, Business Insider, The Canadian HR Reporter, YourTango, and other media. Sue has been interviewed on radio and her blog, The Relationship Deal, has a steady following.
As a management consultant, Sue helps companies bolster employee engagement. She is active in the professional community. She is a national executive of the Strategic Capability Network (a forum for business leaders), and facilitated a roundtable on talent management with industry executives for many years.
Sue applies her business pragmatism to romantic relationships, clarifying roles and expectations to create stronger social contracts and keep love alive. In her capacity as a Relationship Strategist, Sue has a solid social media platform and networks.
Sue is married to John Norris, a prominent criminal and constitutional lawyer and hands-down the most tolerant man on the planet. When she isn’t reading him upcoming instalments of her blog posts so he can assess any potential damage to his reputation, they are doing downward dogs at yoga class, or talking about the kids. They have two university-aged sons, and live in downtown Toronto.
Sue has a graduate degree in Psychology, and is improving her French language skills in the hopes of telecommuting from the Left Bank in Paris one day.
